Logistics Coordinator

DESCRIPTION: Our logistics coordinator is responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate logs of inventory for Joking Hazard and Explosm brands worldwide. Additionally, the logistics coordinator will create detailed shipping plans for large goods transport via air and sea freight while working together with our manufacturing and logistics partners. Moreover, they will monitor day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and create product pages and changes as necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory worldwide

• Create shipping plans for individual shipments and large freight

• Monitor shipping operations globally to ensure ontime receipt of goods

• Work across Amazon platforms to ensure cases are resolved and invoices are paid

• Organize convention pallets

• Scan worldwide web for cases of copyright and trademark infringement

• Create systems for organization

• Audit invoices for discrepancies as they are identified

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Suite of apps, specifically Google Sheets

• Familiarity with Dropbox, Slack, and Photoshop

• Understanding of computer file management

• Experience with data management, problem solving across platforms, and troubleshooting software and hardware challenges

• Ability to learn and utilize online marketplaces and web based applications

• Able to work both independently and as part of a flexible team

• Experience with Amazon Marketplace is a plus

• Physically able to lift 20 pounds unassisted
